Affirm: It is safe for me to get in touch with my feelings. It is safe for me to feel my feelings and express them. I can express my feelings safely. I can choose how to express my feelings however is best for me. I do so now. I find a quiet place by myself. I sit and breathe deeply and slowly allowing whatever needs to rise to rise. I allow it to come. I welcome it. It is a part of me that needs my attention. I choose to love myself, and I love all of me. I allow myself to connect with my feelings and to feel them now. I breathe into them and through them. I know that I am safe throughout this entire process. Any potential images and memories I am experiencing I know have already happened. They have no power over me. I am safe. I am not there. I am here. I am safe now. I put my arms around myself and hug myself, and as I hug myself I feel the loving presence of my angels. They are hugging me now too. They are sending me all of their love and light.
My angels are saying to me now: I know that this is hard. You are doing a great job. I am so proud of you. Keep breathing, feeling your feelings, and know that you are not alone. We are with you protecting you, guiding you, and blessing you every step of the way. We are healing you with our heavenly light washing away past pain, suffering, and sorrows. We are sending a waterfall of white light down upon you, within you, and all around you removing any and all stagnant negative energy that is no longer serving you and is not in your highest good or happiness. Keep breathing, allowing, and receiving. You are doing a great job. We are now filling you and surrounding you with sparkling streams of rainbow light in every frequency and vibration you need to manifest your highest and best life filled with the most grace, kindness, love, peace, harmony, compassion, wisdom, joy, happiness, truth, beauty, light, and gratitude. Breathe and receive. You are blessed.

For many women they feel like they need to take care of others and make sure that those around them are well, otherwise they are failing as a woman. Women are taught to be caretakers and nurturers usually at a very young age. We learn how to be in this world from watching and mirroring the adults around us, and for little girls they especially watch how their mother or a mother figure interacts with those around her. There is an ingrained expectation in our society that women “will take care of it”. Women pick up the slack and do what needs done, oftentimes with no acknowledgment. Women have been taken advantage of for generations upon generations, and have even unknowingly participated in this set of beliefs being passed down from mother to daughter over countless generations.
So is it your fault that you are like this? No. But is it your responsibility to do something about it? Yes.
The first thing that you need to do is to take back your power. Know that you have every right to put yourself first. You are important. Your thoughts and feelings matter. You matter.
The second thing you need to know is that it is not your responsibility to do for others, it is their responsibility to do for themselves. By doing things for others that they can do for themselves, you are setting yourself up for codependent relationships. You are enabling them to be dependent on you, which will hinder them from being the independent person they are meant to be. And it is hindering you from being the strong independent person you can be. Learn to say no, and set limits. You and everyone in your life will be better for it.
The third thing you need to know is that there isn’t anything you need to do to be loved. You already are loved just as you are right now. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone or accomplish a certain amount of things to be loved. You are good enough right now. There is no bar you have to reach or goal you need to achieve. If there is, it’s something you made up in your mind. Get rid of it. You are loved unconditionally just as you are right now. You don’t have to change a thing. You don’t have to do anything or be anything different to be loved. You are loved just as you are right now.
Your angels say to you that you are a magnificent manifestation of light on earth. And everything you’ve experienced and everything you have done has led you to being who you are in this very moment, a Divine manifestation of love. If you would just see yourself as we do, you would never doubt yourself again. You are a being of unimaginable power overflowing with love and light. There is nothing that you can’t be, do, or have. But you must know this. You must know that you are a spark of the Divine, ever connected to the river of life, the flow of creation and all good things. You live in an endlessly abundant universe, and you are the creator of it all. Allow yourself to know this and embody this. If you would allow yourself a few moments a day to just be, breathe, and know this, your life would change. Allow yourself a few moments of deep peace per day where you breathe and connect to your inner being. Connect to the endless flow of love and light that is the core of who you are, direct it towards what you want to create, appreciate and be grateful for what you want to have in your life, and let the magic happen. You don’t have to do anything other than that. Just be, and receive. It’s that simple. Let it be simple. Don’t over complicate it. You are capable of all that you dream and desire and more. Get in the flow, align with the vibration of gratitude and appreciation, and allow it.
When you are in alignment with who you really are, your pace will automatically slow and even out. You will find yourself being more mindful, and your breathing deeper. You will experience more feelings of being content, peaceful, and happy. Your life will have a harmonious flow to it. All will be uplifted. Powerful positive change will occur. If you just allow it. And you can, right now, in this very moment. Just breathe.

Most of you probably know that we create our experiences from our thoughts. I want to focus more strongly today on cultivating an awareness that it’s not just our thoughts that create our reality it’s also the images that we hold about ourselves, situations, relationships, and the world. So if you’re feeling really negative about something the more that you think and hold negative thoughts, images, and feelings about it the more you’re actually creating it in your life and keeping it going. That’s the opposite of what you want.
Right now I’d like to do a little exercise with you to help with this. I want you to think about an area of your life, a situation, relationship, or any issue that you feel really stuck in that you seem to very easily be bogged down in negativity about. I want you to take a deep breath and close your eyes, breathe, and relax. I want you to visualize, create, and imagine the highest and best possible outcome of this situation. I want you to imagine what it is that you want instead. There’s no holds barred here. I want you to really let yourself take flight and soar and give yourself permission to imagine the absolute best case scenario in all ways, and then imagine something even better than that.
Some of you may be struggling with this so let’s bring in the angels to help. We ask your guardian angels to help you now and send healing streams of angel light, love, and grace to fill you and surround you to help dissolve away all the negativity where you’re feeling stuck and everywhere you feel like you just can’t move forward or you’re turning your wheels and you just can’t climb out of where you are. We ask the angels to lift you up and lift you out of this situation to dissolve and transmute all of the negative thoughts, images, and feelings that are impacting your ability to move forward and create the life you want. Breathe and allow yourself to release all that’s been holding you back. Your angels say that they love you very much, and want you to know that you are very worthy and deserving of love, healing, and all good things.
Now we ask the angels to help you to see positive solutions. Allow yourself to be open minded where the solutions may come from or how they might come about. With the angels help and healing streams of grace, light, and love supporting you and uplifting you, we are going to again imagine the absolute best outcome of this situation. Use the power of your mind and imagination to invite in positive, loving, and kind solutions and elevate that 10 fold with even more love, light, happiness, joy, peace, and harmony for all involved. We now affirm to the angels and the greatest source of the purest light and love: This or something better please.
Keep holding this positive image and please keep feeling the gratitude of this already being true. Keep feeling your feelings of how you will feel when your image of this does come true. Continue putting this out there to the universe and your angels for it to be created and have faith that it will come to pass.

Are you feeling worn out lately like your batteries need recharged? Are you feeling tired or rundown? You’re not alone, many people feel this way. Maybe you’ve been doing too much for others and not giving to yourself enough. The angels say that you need a break. It’s okay to take a break, and is in fact very needed and necessary to a healthy balanced life. When was the last time you took a real break, something that nourished your soul and filled you up? Let’s do something about that now.
Archangel Raphael is the Healing Angel of God. Like all Archangels he is available to everyone. He heals all areas and aspects of our lives not just the physical, but also our thoughts, feelings, situations, relationships, and our connection to our light and God. He heals with love knowing that all illness is caused by a separation from love and our own divinity.
Let’s call upon Archangel Raphael now for a healing and say:
Archangel Raphael, please come to me now. Shine your emerald green healing light upon me, within me, and around me. Heal, balance, and rejuvenate my soul, heart, mind, and body and align all that I am to the purest frequencies of love and light. I ask you to heal me and my connection to the source of the purest light and love. I see and allow in a cascading waterfall of brilliant sparkly white light. Within this light I see shimmering pearls of all the colors imaginable and each one is flowing down inside me going where they need to to heal and nourish me in infinite ways. I breathe in this light and nourishment. I allow this deep inner healing to take place, and I graciously recieve this divine recalibration.
Breathe, close your eyes, and stay here in this healing moment for as long as you desire.
Archangel Raphael is now handing you a gift. Open your arms to recieve. As you accept it and hug it to you you feel an enveloping sense of love and warmth. You have been gifted with your greatest heart’s desire and most beloved dream. It is yours. Now it is up to you to take the action steps to create it.
Affirm: I accept joy into my heart and my life now. My life overflows with joy and fulfillment. I am so grateful for my most cherished and beloved dreams coming true. I really can have what I want, and it can be easy. I align myself with this joyful creative energy now and I allow this joyful light to touch all parts of me and my life melting away all blockages, smoothing out my journey, and lighting the way to a happy harmonious life. I have a grateful heart and a radiant soul, and I allow myself to soar now.
You deserve to be happy. Yes, you. You are a child of God, the Universe, a part of all that is. You are made of the same essence as the sun, the moon, the earth, and the stars. You are a part of all that is good and right in the world. Your soul sings […]
You deserve to be happy. Yes, you. You are a child of God, the Universe, a part of all that is. You are made of the same essence as the sun, the moon, the earth, and the stars. You are a part of all that is good and right in the world. Your soul sings a song of light and love out from you to everything and everyone and back to you again enriched with even more light and love in an endless circle of heartfelt reciprocity. You spread light and love out into the world every day just by being you. You do this naturally and effortlessly at all times, because you are a being of light.
Where does this light come from? It comes from inside you. It’s who you really are. Place your hand on your abdomen. See a spark of light inside you. Breathe slowly and mindfully at a pace that is comfortable for you as you intentionally send love to this light and watch it grow. Imagine this light like a soft glowing candle flame and with each inhale gradually increase the size of your light until it is filling you up from your head to your toes and all around your body like a second skin, a glowing illuminated outline of light.
Allow this light which is filled with your love, to fully flow within you and around you, blessing you, your home, your business, your finances, your family, your friends, all of your relationships so that all that you are, all that you have, and all that you do is singing with light.
Affirm: I deserve to be happy. I allow myself to be happy. I choose to be happy. I am so thankful and grateful to be so happy and filled with light.

To be full of life means to live a life with vibrancy of spirit, to be happy and express this happiness in all that you say and do. Children are like this. They have not forgotten what it is like to play and have fun and experience life through their heart and soul. As adults, we must work to go back to that, back to the simplicity of just being, and just knowing that there is an exciting adventure around every corner, something waiting to be discovered should you be so brave!
Being connected to who you truly are is a must if you want to be full of life. You must be filled to the brim with your spirit. How do you do this? For some, meditation or prayer is the key, for others, gardening, yoga, Qi Gong, music, art, dancing, or singing brings people into alignment with their true essence. Anything you can do where you can happily lose yourself in the activity will allow you to find your true self and connect with your spirit in a very joyful vibrant way.
Find your passion and be passionate. When was the last time you felt very passionate about anything in life? Get it back. You can do this. Find something that makes your heart sing and your soul dance and do it. Do it every day. Do not delay. Be happy now. Do what you love now. Be true to yourself and what you love. Express your love for life every day by doing what you love and life will express its love for you. Open your heart and soul to receive all of the beautiful vibrant love and life flowing your way. Feel it singing in your cells and in your whole body. Life lovingly flows through you. Now get up and show life that you love it too. Go play! Express yourself, laugh, and have fun! Go on an adventure! Be full of life as you were meant to be! Say Yes and Choose Joy! You can do it!!!
Need some additional encouragement? Ask your guardian angels for help. Everyone has guardian angels with them. They see the very best in you. They were your first friends and playmates, and still are your most ardent cheerleaders and most devoted friends and fans! They love you unconditionally and want you to be happy. Please ask them for anything, they are here for you no matter what.
Imagine that you see their beautiful glowing white light. Imagine this white light cascading down upon you, within you, and over you like a gentle waterfall. Breathe in this sparkling healing white light.
Now say: Guardian Angels please help me to be filled with joy and wonder and exquisite happiness. Heal my heart. Help me to release the burdens that are weighing me down, transform my negativity and pessimism into positivity and optimism. Help me to know and believe without a shadow of a doubt that I am worthy and deserving of your help and feeling joyful, and help me to express my newfound zest for life with wild abandon. Help me to connect to my inner child and play and have fun again like I used to. I give myself permission to have fun. I give myself permission to let go of all of the restrictions I’ve placed on myself as I’ve gotten older and all of those beliefs of what I can and can’t do. I set them free. I set myself free. I am free to be me. I choose joy. I choose to allow myself to express joy in whatever way feels best to me. I play and have fun. I make play a part of my day. I have a joyful spirit and I let it shine in all its glory. I embrace my joy. I am happy. And so it is.
