    Do you feel like crying?

    Do you feel like crying? It’s okay to cry. Maybe you grew up in a home where it wasn’t okay to express feelings of sadness, hurt, disappointment, grief, or intense emotional pain. Maybe you were even punished for it or mocked for it or made to feel less than for being human and having emotions. I’m sorry if that was your experience. But I want you to know now that all of the feelings you feel are okay. Do not deny your feelings. Do not deny your self. I guarantee you that there is a very valid reason that you feel the way that you do, even if you don’t know what it is yet. If it is your intention to discover the cause then you will. Have faith in yourself. Trust your feelings. You are having them for a reason or many reasons. Feelings are always valid. Please don’t push aside your feelings or stifle them. Listen to them. Sit with them. Feel them. They have wisdom to tell you. They need to be expressed and acknowledged. They need to be free so you can be free. So I say to you again, do you feel like crying? Then please do. Please make the space for yourself to release that which needs releasing. Don’t keep all of that pain trapped deep down within you. Set yourself free from these burdens. Are you afraid that once you start crying you won’t stop? You will. Give yourself time. Be gentle with yourself. Stop beating yourself up for having feelings. Don’t you know it’s human to have feelings? It’s normal to have feelings and express them. Don’t hide anymore. Let it out. If you need to scream, scream. If you need to hit something then hit some pillows or a couch or bed. If you need to throw and break some things freeze some ice, go outside, and throw it against a wall. Listen to some cathartic music and sing really loudly. You know the music… that song that always makes you cry? That one. Paint, color, or draw out your feelings. Do whatever you need to do. Just do it. Get it out of you. You will feel better for it. And keep doing it however many times you need to until you feel relief.

     

    Affirm: It is safe for me to get in touch with my feelings. It is safe for me to feel my feelings and express them. I can express my feelings safely. I can choose how to express my feelings however is best for me. I do so now. I find a quiet place by myself. I sit and breathe deeply and slowly allowing whatever needs to rise to rise. I allow it to come. I welcome it. It is a part of me that needs my attention. I choose to love myself, and I love all of me. I allow myself to connect with my feelings and to feel them now. I breathe into them and through them. I know that I am safe throughout this entire process. Any potential images and memories I am experiencing I know have already happened. They have no power over me. I am safe. I am not there. I am here. I am safe now. I put my arms around myself and hug myself, and as I hug myself I feel the loving presence of my angels. They are hugging me now too. They are sending me all of their love and light.

     

    My angels are saying to me now: I know that this is hard. You are doing a great job. I am so proud of you. Keep breathing, feeling your feelings, and know that you are not alone. We are with you protecting you, guiding you, and blessing you every step of the way. We are healing you with our heavenly light washing away past pain, suffering, and sorrows. We are sending a waterfall of white light down upon you, within you, and all around you removing any and all stagnant negative energy that is no longer serving you and is not in your highest good or happiness. Keep breathing, allowing, and receiving. You are doing a great job. We are now filling you and surrounding you with sparkling streams of rainbow light in every frequency and vibration you need to manifest your highest and best life filled with the most grace, kindness, love, peace, harmony, compassion, wisdom, joy, happiness, truth, beauty, light, and gratitude. Breathe and receive. You are blessed.
