You deserve to be happy. Yes, you. You are a child of God, the Universe, a part of all that is. You are made of the same essence as the sun, the moon, the earth, and the stars. You are a part of all that is good and right in the world. Your soul sings a song of light and love out from you to everything and everyone and back to you again enriched with even more light and love in an endless circle of heartfelt reciprocity. You spread light and love out into the world every day just by being you. You do this naturally and effortlessly at all times, because you are a being of light.

Where does this light come from? It comes from inside you. It’s who you really are. Place your hand on your abdomen. See a spark of light inside you. Breathe slowly and mindfully at a pace that is comfortable for you as you intentionally send love to this light and watch it grow. Imagine this light like a soft glowing candle flame and with each inhale gradually increase the size of your light until it is filling you up from your head to your toes and all around your body like a second skin, a glowing illuminated outline of light.

Allow this light which is filled with your love, to fully flow within you and around you, blessing you, your home, your business, your finances, your family, your friends, all of your relationships so that all that you are, all that you have, and all that you do is singing with light.
